I have a one plus 5g phone and I can't send pictures or download received pictures from my iPhone friends, even though I have tried adjusting APN. Please help, I used to be with Telus and Koodo and had no problems

you actually delete and re-add them?
if you did delete, readd, then you will need PM support to reprovision your account.
Please open ticket with PM support:

HI @PhilT1
Yes, there are some MMS issue with some OnePlus users or ppl with older phone
try to Reset all networks
if that is not working still, check if your APN has this:
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220

did you just update the OS to Android 14? There has been some issue with OnePlus after the Android upgrade
With OnePlus, there might be a bit more work than simply updating APN to have MMS working again.
Many confirmed that you need to delete the current APN profile first. Then Add new profile and add according to this, please note case-sensitive and do not add extra spaces. Remember to save the new APN and then reboot the phone before you try
