Have not been able to send or receive text messages for 2 days now.   Please help.

It will take a few hours for CSA to respond (up to 48 hours).  

Did you try a network reset of phone?

Maybe try to clear cache from your messenger app.

We did that last night.....got messages, but again this morning...nothing.

Try Reset All Settings

If you are on Android, download Google Message and set it as default messaging app and see if it helps

Been a customer for several months.  Swaped a sim yesterday and got some text messages, but again today, nothing.  How do you reach CS by phone?

@Termite211  Try rebooting the phone or reset network settings . Is it possible for you to text the SIM card in another phone to test

Did you just port your number from another provider?

if you are just brand new, try going to your settings, find network settings, remove automatic, pick public mobile and then reboot.

Does talk and data work?  Account status active?

Maybe try rebooting your phone.  Network reset of phone (this will erase saved Wifi passwords).
