Text messages aren’t sending

My phone (iPhone) send text messages for the past hour or so. It worked fine this morning, but now I either have to try to send a message four or five times before it will (extremely slowly) send, or it won’t send at all. It seems to be receiving texts fine though. Any one else having the same issue?

Ensure:

*imessage is enabled

*SMS is enabled

*MMS is enabled

Are you installed with the latest IOS software?

Please try reboot your phone first

Could be some transient  network issue.

Have you tried a reboot/network reset?

Also try on 3G to see if it helps.
