@Ghassan76 If you just ported number over and can’t receive calls sounds like it could be the port didn’t complete , you can call the porting team for update and they can’t trigger the port request for you ,
Call the number in the link below to obtain support for a stuck port.
but if you can’t make outgoing calls then it’s account set up issue and you will need to message support instead for that
