Issue After Plan Renewal

Hello, I renewed my plan because the previous one had expired. The system showed that everything went through successfully, but I’m unable to receive SMS messages. Please look into this and help me resolve the issue, 20 dollars is not a small amount.

Both voice calls and data are working and just not SMS text?

First try reboot the phone and Reset network settings.  

And are you using Android or iPhone?  If it still does not work after Resetting the phone, and if you are using Android, uninstall Google Message (it might just uninstall updates and revert back to the version it came with the phone), then reboot phone and reinstall Google Message.
If you have an iPhone, toggle off Send Text Message on the Settings menu, reboot phone and toggle it back on

but if none of those helps, you will need to engage PM CS agent and ask them to reprovision  your account.  Please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
    (if you cannot receive 2FA via SMS, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code" and choose "Send email" to get 2FA)
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
