I can't receive or send txt msgs with attached photos

Also, you could try toggling into and out of airplane mode.

@Johnc2780 are you using Android or iPhone?

if Android, try to clear message cache first

Next to try, download another message app like Google Message

Last, try to click Reset All Networks, it will update the APN and should resolve the issue.  (Please note it will delete saved wifi connections as well, you just need to re-join them after)

Yes I am using mms  and my Mobile data is on. Also RCS doesn't work.ecause RCS doesn't work.

" txt msgs with attached photos" is MMS , you will need to turn on Mobile data to send/receive.  Although it needs to be on, it does not really count towards your data consumption.
