Why I can't text messages on my phone? I always got a message "sending failed". I tried sending several times but to no avail. What should I do?

I don't see any indication given by the customer that either is being used. SMS could be the method being used.

If you can't send text messages on Public Mobile, try rebooting your phone, toggling airplane mode on and off, or checking your phone's messaging settings. If these steps don't work, especially if you recently joined, you may need to submit a ticket to customer support for a fix, as there are sometimes activation issues.

what phone do you have? Both voice calls and Mobile data are working?
if it is a text only issue, you can first Reboot the phone and the click Reset network settings
if that still does not work and if you have an Android phone, you can try uninstall Google Message, reboot phone and Reinstall Google Message
if nothing works, ask PM support to reprovision your account. Please open ticket with PM support:
