Hello, I ported my Samsung Galaxy S23 to PM yesterday from Virgin Mobile, data and voice are working well but I am not able to send and receive texts. The other 2 Iphones that we ported as well are working fine but I can't receive text from them either.
I spent hours with PM chat yesterday, reset the network, update APN but it's still not working. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The old Virgin doesn't work anymore as the porting was completed successfully. I reached out to CS_Agents, I did everything they asked me to do but still no change. The last agen even suggested that I use WhatsApp which I don't want to use as a resolution.

If you replied with YES confirming you are porting over to PM with the old SIM in your phone. Just reboot your phone by powering off then back on.
If you didn’t reply then you need the assistance of a CS _Agent to help you restart the porting process by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket.

@Bejef PM has been having issues with new activations please
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
