Terrible reception

Everyone keeps telling me they can’t hear me and that my phone keeps cutting out. I can hear them okay though .

iPhone should work well.  Make sure OS is up-to-date, Carrier Profile is update.  Reboot phone and click Reset network settings

try changing the network mode.  Test each: 4G/LTE or 5G on and 5G auto

Have you tried the phone in different areas around your city or town?

Check the follow cell tower map to see where is the nearest Telus/Bell cell tower.  You might be in an area with poor coverage.

how many bars of signal do you have? If only PM had Wifi calling

I have the iPhone 13 and I did check if I have VOLte and I do. I also have 5 g

I have an iPhone 13 and have never had a problem like this with Rogers. I will try what you suggested and hope for the best!

what phone do you have?  did you try Reset Network Settings after a device reboot

also, confirm if your phone has VoLTE and if it is compatible with PM network using the IMEI checker here:
