I’m is the US and paid for talk and text add on but it’s not working? Can you please help?

Thanks just a single SIM card. It did work the first day down here but is not working anymore. Also can’t access the internet. Strange and frustrating 

Do you have a single or dual sim phone ? If dual, take one sim out and reboot. Good luck.

Try re-booting/re-starting your phone if you haven't tried already....

Thanks - yes the roaming is turned on.

Thanks for the message- yes I loaded the funds $15.00 and then purchased the add on. I was automatically signed into A T & T when I landed in the States. I’ve tried changing it to other carriers but still can’t get access??? 

@Sammy246, ensure you have roaming enabled on your device, and you may need to specifically select one of the roaming partner networks to access the talk and text.

Hi..did you load the funds, then go back and actually purchase the add on..and is your roaming turned on?
