Well..your all signed up and have found your way to the Community where great advice and help is always available..While here take some time to navigate yourself around..Use the features the site offers..especially the search feature..if your having an issue, chances are someone else has been in the same position and found a solution and the answer you are looking for is already here..and you can fix it..if not start a new thread if someone can help they will..also remember to address the person you are commenting to by including there name in the post to make things easier to follow in the thread..and hit that solved button if you get the solution to your issue..Good day to all...

As I'm quite new to PM, this is all great advice.....thanks!  A couple of other things to add.....never include your phone number in these threads, and never-ever include any credit card or bank card info!  Also, be nice and be respectful.  Everyone here is a customer, giving their time freely to help other customers, like you.  As mentioned above, do some searching through other threads before posting your issue as it has likely occured before and there is an answer already out there.

Agree with the above suggestions.

Here are some of other advice:

1.  Search the knowledge base for information first.  Actually, all new customers should read this section.

2.  Start your own thread.  Try not to add your own issue to another person's thread.

3.  Write a detailed description of your issue.  More information, the better for others to help.

4.  Once you post your issue, hang around the website for 10-15 minutes.  Usually, you will get a response from some member.  Sometimes, there are further questions that need to be answered for help.  Some people just leave right away after posting question and the help process just stalls.

@Carld123, great way to help those getting starting.  I would also like to add, please remember DO NOT select your own response as a solution.  The point is for when others see your question, they can quickly go to the solution without having to scroll looking for it.  If you pick your own reply and not the actual solution, it defeats the purpose.  Just happened to notice this quite a bit lately.

Lastly, be a positive member of the community, help out the best you can, and even if you're incorrect, someone will most likely correct you, and you'll only learn even more in the process.  I've been with PM for just a little over 1 year and I have to say there are many many many highly intelligent, and intellectual community members who have a tremendous amount of communications knowledge.  Feel free to ask general questions, even non-communications related, and you will definitely be enlightened by the many responses within minutes.  Oh, and enjoy the credits/discounts, because there are soooooo many Smiley LOL
