System won't let me downgrade from 90 days to a 30 day plan

I have enough funds but the system wont let me and says please try again later. I would like to downgrade my plan to a 30 day , my plan expired and I was never honered the 12gb for 90 days only the 6gb which was another promo. In October .

@Templewood it sounds like you had funds for 30 day plan not for 90 day renewal but you waited too long and now account was suspended

Since funds are already in account just PM a mod to do plan change manually
