Just upgraded my plan from 3G 1GB to 4G 6GB and even after 24 hrs, it's still not working. I have an IPhone XR. Do I need to replace the SIM card when I went from a 3G to a 4G system?

hi @Yanikmx1 reboot your phone once.

then check if your phone's network mode is set to 4G or LTE. (Remember, 4G = LTE)

To change network mode,  Touch Settings. · Touch Cellular. · Touch Cellular Data Options. · Touch Enable 4G to use the 4G network. · Touch the desired option (e.g., Voice & Data).

Hi, please confirm your subscription wasn't set to change on the next billing cycle. That could be a possible cause, turning off your phone for 15mins and/or restarting could possibly help. Log into your account and confirm current plan/subscription. Hope this helps.
