Hi, I am having trouble moving my plan over to the $10 one. Originally, i did not have enough funds to do so, so I added $1 (from my original $9) . When I try to switch to the plan, it says it will charge $0 to my credit card( which is correct), but will not submit my plan change. Can anyone help me with that?

What error do yo usee what you tried to change plan?

@itpun, is your account currently suspended? If so, you cannot make a plan change. You need to seek moderator team help to complete the change.
