Switching carriers to get the $34 US/Canada plan

I was unsuccessful getting the CS Agent to switch me from the $34 40GB plan to the $34 50 GB US-Canada plan.  Does anyone know if I can switch carriers and instantly switch back to get the new customer option or is there a cooling down period before you're considered a new customer?

This plan was made able to existing customers. Just follow @softech’s steps.

@Starturtle you don't need to do that now

 the $34 Candaa-US plan is finally here for existing customers

Login My Account using Incognito mode and check the Change Subscription page and you can schedule the change using Change on Renewal (preferred way) or Change Now (you will not get partial refund with current cycle)
