Switching Mobile Provider

 Requested the transfer from Koodo to Public Mobile .Got confirmation email from Public Movile but failed the the confirmation text of Koodo passed the 90 minute period . Now my Public Mobile SIM is still not working

If you missed the 90 minute confirmation text. Your Koodo SIM should still work until porting is completed.

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed

 

Add: but you said the PM sim is still not working? can you make outgoing calls? If not, then don't call the porting team, instead. open ticket with support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

there is a porting team to call.  Will message you now, check Community inbox.  But they close at 10pm EST. not sure if you can make it, or maybe tomorrow
