Hi, I recently switched from public mobile to another carrier. public mobile used to charged me automatically to my credit card. How do I contact public mobile to stop this auto charge to my credit card? I do not find any email or customer service number.

you don't have to contact them, after account is ported, the account would be closed and PM would not charge again

but if you want to be very certain, message them.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
