Hi. I switched from Public Mobile to Koodo a few months back under a promotional offer and ported my number over. Everything is fine with the phone.
The problem is I cannot access my old account. I need to get detailed records/call logs for a legal matter. I attempt to log in and it says "Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again.". I attempt to recover my password and after entering my email address it shows "ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled" with no option to proceed.
Any assistance available?

I think if you port your number out your old account is automatically closed. If that's what happened you will need to contact mods for the old call records. Because Koodo is also owned by Telus I wonder if they would be able to see your call records
