I’ve been your customer for while, and I see you have an ongoing promo I would like to use: 80Gb Canada-Mexico-US for 25$ for 2 years, but I can’t switch through the app. Please, help me with it.

asking CS agent privately wont help, they are pretty firm that they cannot help
These new activation promos are very common. Many providers doing the same, they have separate plans for existing and new subscribers.
For deal with exiting customers, you might see $26 for 20GB, or $30-30GB, or $35-100GB.
or if you like the new activation plan so much, you can port out the line and port it back in to get it

As mentioned, these new promo plans are for new activations only. You could contact customer service agent to see what is potentially available to existing customers. Likely not as good as these promo plans, but might be better than your present plan. YMMV.
Other options include porting to another company (ie. Fizz) and activate a new promo plan and the port back to Public mobile. That is what happened to several existing customers who wanted the last January promo flash deal.

No, they are not better.
I asked privately now, I missed that this is a public forum. If they want me to switch the provider instead of allowing to use a plan - so be it.

@di9383 As a current subscriber you are not eligible for the plans on their "Plans" page. Look in your account under manage subscription then change subscription. The plans you see there are the only ones that PM will let you change to. There are sometimes better plans than those offered to new customers.

the only offer currently available are for new activations only. You can log in to your account to see what plans are avialble to you to opt for as not everyone will see the same plans avilable.
