Hi,
I got a new unlocked phone and switch my sim card to the new phone, but it is asking me to enter the sim PUK password but I do t have the sim card box that came with it so I would ask if public mobile could provide it because if I enter incorrectly the password they will block the sim card.

@Reda996 have you been using sim card pin? PM can only provide you the sim card puk ,
