I am going to switch my subscription to the 20 G plan. I want to know if my previous international minutes left will be transferred to my new plan? Since it is in the middle of billing circle will I get a refund? Will my previous referral reward and loyalty reward continue?

If you have free bonus data for the new switch from the Legacy Reward to the Points Rewards in May. You will lose it if you downgrade your plan. If you upgrade then it will remain.

The LD calling will remain but if you click on switch plan NOW… no refund for the balance unused service. Recommend you switch plan on your Next Renewal Date.

your LD minutes will remain after plan change.

Please remember there is no partial refund if you make a plan change mid-cycle

But when you make the plan change, there are two choices, Change Now or Change on Renewal.  Instead of Change Now which you will loss money from the early plan change, you should use Change on Renewal, which the plan change will be scheduled to change at the end of your current cycle
