Hi there, so I got a new sim chip on my new phone an esim my old phone after I paid my bill it came back into service. I had data for 10 minutes and now it has disappeared and is non-existent. My phone is an SOS mode so I'm wondering what happened there and I would like to get that account from that phone switch to my new esim here on this phone. Would you be able to help me do that?

for swatch the phone, why don't you just switch your sim card? If esim involved, just login My Account and buy a new esim on the correct phone
for PIN, you can update it using this link:

Well, it's super easy really. Just take out your SIM card and put it in the other phone then reboot.
If you have an eSIM, then go to the eStore and purchase another one. One the way out to the check out, it will cost you $5 and then you'll see a $5 credit so it's free.
With regards to your PIN, log into your account and go to Profiles on the left side. Then on the right side under the Account Security Info, your PIN is there and the pencil is to change it.
