Swapping phone plan

My current phone plane is a 4g plan but next month I am switching it to the 5g plan. Do I have to buy a new sim card or can I still keep my sim card that is already in the phone?

you don’t need to have a new Sim card, the plan will automatically switch on your renewal date. no need to do anything from there on.

@Hugh1  no need new sim card.  Just the same one.  To make full use of 5G , make sure your phone is 5G capable But even a 4G phone without 5G, you can still enjoy more data as well as using higher speed than the capped speed on 4G plans (so, you can have a speed greater than 100Mbps)

You use the same card. Make sure to change plan on next renewal date.
