My husband and I both have public mobile accounts. Somehow, our sign in credentials got swapped. For example, if I want to log into my account I must use his email and his password. The same is true for him, he has to log in to with my email and password to log into his account. Is there a way to fix this confusing problem?

I didn't know you could log in with phone number. My login is with email.
I always thought it was only email. All the people I know only have email option.

Why are you using email to login? In my case I have to login using my phone number and password.

@Shisimocha It might just be a cache issue if you use delete device to log into the correct account of each user will it work properly. If using the same device to log into both account you must ensure you clear cache and cookies and use a new browser window each time. If issue is the same you might want to ask support to help fix

you use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen . If that dosent work you can instead send a private message To CS_Agent
