Hello
I have purchased another PM number for my father
After one month call service is got suspended even though no payment in owing
I do not have set up self service for that as well
and in that plan I dont have added text so have'nt got aby text as well need help

I'd recommend setting up a self serve account for him so you can see his account details (such as how many minutes used, how much payment is owed, etc.) it will give you more information on where something might have gone wrong to cause a loss of service.
If you want to try adding funds to the account you can dial *611 on his phone to do a payment.
