Hi all,
This month my auto-pay did not work (it has been absolutely fine since I started using it last year). Not entirely sure what happened as my payment method has remained the same. I get no service on my phone at all, and when I go to check to see if I can re-activate my account I get the message "your account already has enough balance" yet I still do not have any service. Anyone have an idea as to how I can fix this? Otherwise, I'll just take Koodoo up on their offer from a few weeks ago. Thanks!

If no payment was taken and your services are suspended, you should be able to manually top up through your self-serve account. If you need any help or guidance, please don't hesitate to send us a private message.
