Hi.
When I bought my SIM card, someone in Wallmart helped me to activate the SIM card, but He did not give any password and the registration email was written incorrectly.
How can I update my profile information to be able to manage my plan??

Most of the activation at Walmart, don't need email or password, you need to create your own self-serve account on https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/
by click on Create Account button, then verify your phone number.

@chechops1 You should not have to speak to the moderator team for this if your sim card is activated by walmart and they didn't actually make you an account. Please try to self-register here first https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/ if that fails then message the moderator team

The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Moderator Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am(Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm(Eastern).
