Why was my account suspended when public mobile didn’t try to process my monthly payment?

Is your phone still working? Is your renewal date tomorrow?
If yes for both questions then this is a standard notice to every member that the account is suspended/expired but if you are on AutoPay or have sufficient funds to ignore notice.

@djjunger Chances are Pre-Authorized payment failed. It could be an issue from your credit card or an issue with Public Mobile.
Also, since PM is prepaid, once the payment is not make, the line will be suspended
But no worry, just login to My Account, click Reactivate my plan and follow the steps to complete the payment
