I need to port out my number to a new mobile carrier, but can't receive the sms to do so and I need it pushed threw manually.
How do I reach a public mobile agent ?

Please contact Public Mobile using the chatbot method provided earlier. You'll then need to ask your new carrrier to try the number porting again.

I can't get a text from public mobile because my sim card isn't working due to their service changes and I'm not going to buy a new sim card

Please call your new provider to re-trigger the porting process again so you can get the text this time

Usually porting out is done when you initiate porting at other provider and keep your PM SIM in a phone to reply Yes within 90 minutes after receiving SMS.
Why you cannot receive SMS to PM SIM?
Both account have to be active in order to port in/out.
