If I suspend service by using Lost/Stolen button, do I need to remove my credit card information? If I not remove my credit card information, what is the consequences?

The lost or stolen phone will put a pause on your service. Once you get a new phone and SIM, you can login your account and change the SIM card number and service will continue on your new phone so you don’t need to remove your CC on your account.

Hi @YCLI
To be honest, I've never encountered this before. However if your phone is lost AND you have a browser linked to the phone you use on your PC, I would go into your account ASAP and click on LOST/STOLEN. Then I'd remove the credit card info right away. I'd also recommend you'd change your password however if you're browser is on your linked browser is on your phone, it would be updated too. I hope your phone is locked!!
EDIT: What kind of phone do you have? I would also remote lock your phone if you have that ability.

you can use lost/suspend, and your card will not be charged at the end of the current 30 day cycle.
Remember though, after that, you have 90 days to resume service otherwise it will become permanently disabled.

There aren't suppsoed to be any charges to your credit card when lost/stolen has been left on.
