We are all customers like you. If you were recently speaking with Alex, I mean within the last hour or so, click on your mail box, go to SENT folder and reply there. It will activate your continuing message to a CS Agent and they'll let Alex know you're requesting his assistance again.

This is a public Community forum and there are no PM staff here.
The only thing you can do is to private message a CS_Agent and you might be lucky and get Alex again or another agent at:

just respond to the last message from him on private message
