Glad you managed to port one of the numbers. Please send the info you sent me in a private message to onr of the moderators.
I am not sure why you are getting the " I'm not authorized to transfer". message on your second account when you try to transfer. Maybe other community members know more.
Is your contact info on the PM account the same or different than the porting account? Was is the same or different on the account you ported?

who are you porting from? you should be able to do it yourself in selfserve.
login to your account
then click this link (plan and add ons, ->change phone number)
click transfer phone number
the enter number and check eligibility
make sure you know your old account number and name exactly as is on your account, also put an alternate number of a friend. and click i am authorised before doing anything else.
