Is there any way to escalate tickets to a supervisor. I have been trying to port a number since 5pm and am exhausted by the inability to get any assistance by the sole person they seem to have on cs

Just ask to escalate your request or contact the Porting Department. Have your old active SIM in your phone to confirm you are porting over to PM.
