Hi
I'm from Canada. I'm traveling through the US and my subscription ran out at noon today. I thought it ran out at midnight. I'm trying to change my plan and pay and it's telling me it cannot process my payment at this time. I filed a ticket but what do I do if it doesn't get processed before 4:00 a.m. tomorrow when I have to hit the road again? Driving alone, so I don't have access to a phone or maps or data or anything! HELP.

So your account is suspended. Now you want to change to $39 plan, but it will not be able to take payment.
You should be able to do it yourself via self service account.
As mentioned, the website is finicky. Try to login again but first clear cache, incognito mode or try a different web browser.
If you submitted a ticket, you should get some response within a few hours.
If still issues, you can also directly private message customer service agent

I Purchasef the 3-month Canada US plan at $60/month. Ran out today at noon. I thought it was 12:00 midnight So I'm now trying to purchase another plan or resubscribe they have the same Canada US plan on for $39 a month but it will not take my payment. It says trouble processing at this time.

One thing you can do, @AngA , as far as Maps is concerned, is download Offline maps from Google Maps (if your device space allows it), which can be accessed without a data connection while traveling.
The limitation is only real-time traffic conditions will not be updated (ie detours, traffic congestion, etc)

My subscription I purchased a 3-month Kennedy US subscription before I left Canada for $60. It ran out today at noon. I have no add-ons. I never purchased any. I thought it ended at midnight so I'm just trying to resubscribe but at the new rate of $39. Sorry I hope this is making sense. I'm stressed after trying to drive all day with no GPS and having to stop and try to find a paper map which is next to impossible

@AngA payment system can be glitchy sometimes. Wait an hour and try again using Incognito mode. If still fails, buy a voucher online and load the voucher on My Account or using *611. You can buy the voucher from ding.com/recharge.com/muskbird.com and load the voucher immediately

More details would be helpful. Do you mean your plan is expired? Or your 10 day US roaming add on? Which plan are you on?

Before I left Canada I purchased the three months Canada US plan. Now the plan is on sale for 39 instead of 60 so I'm trying to purchase that one. Sorry saying I need to send a private message to customer service. I tried that in the chat box and my missing something. Not sure how else to go about it

To be clear, do you mean your cycle subscription, or your add-on for US Roaming?
One is handled differently than the other.

@AngA If this is Re-buy of same add on you have to choose a different one or wait 24 hours after the first one ends to the buy same add on . Contacting support is only way to apply the same US add on back to back with out 24 hour wait
