It happened to me before when I changed my subscription. If you get an error that your credit card payment, etc is not set, don't touch it and just changed your subscription to be updated in the next cycle.
Log off and clear your cache and sign in again and your new subscription is set for next cycle.
The website was really clunky when I use the app, I used my laptop to make the changes.
