If you still have your Freedom Mobile account, PM has taken your payment and you want to cancel the transfer/subscription and get a refund, you should send a private message to a customer service agent:

do you need your phone number? If you need your number, open a line with another carrier and request porting the phone number while the PM account still active
But if you don't need the number, you can simply go to My Account (or via PM app), then go to Payment page and click Manage Subscription and the turn off Subscribed there. PM then won't renew your plan anymore

you can stop PM from charging you again by going to My Account , Payment Page, Manage Subscription and turn off "Subscribed".
