do you have service now?
call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone, enter 1 for English and then your phone number, the system will then tell you the account status

@Mohammadh does your phone work? Can you make calls? Texts?
When did you pay?
If you are able to use the services I would ignore the message as sometimes the message is incorrect.
Clear cache and sign in again.
