I saw a post that suggested I would not be able to switch back to the $19 1 GB plan if I want to temporarily upgrade to the $35 50 GB CAN/US/MEX plan. Is this correct?
Are there restrictions on plan switching and if so, what are they? And where can I review them?

we know about it here in the Forum because many have complained once they upgrade, they can't go back. PM doesn't explain it beforehand though. If you're going away for several weeks, consider using TextNow or WhatsApp to keep in contact with other WhatsApp'ers for free using local wifi or separately purchased data.

Thanks, that helps. Do they document any of these policies anywhere or are they "secret"?

@Gib7, yes. Public Mobile has made it almost impossible to switch to cheaper plans and in the case of the $19 plan you have now, it's only available for new customers so if you switch out of it you won't be able to go back

since earlier this year, PM changed how we could go in and outta plans at will. Now, once you take a plan, there' s a good chance you can't get a plan of less value. Best is to think strategic before upgrading plans...specially if you just need extra data for a short while. If you take the current $35 plan for use in Mx/US/Canada but wanna downgrade later...well...there's a good chance you won't get much cheaper than that plan.

I have several questions and I am trying to follow the guidelines by reading the help articles first but I cannot access any of the help articles except the top "help articles index".
If I click on any of the "Browser by category" sub-topics nothing happens!
I have tried three different browsers and also tried while logged in and logged out. Results are the same.
The chatbot just says use search or ask the community. Does that mean the articles do not actually exist?
