Hello,
Here is the context to my situation. During Black Friday, I managed to get the $34/month for 40GB 5G deal, and I selected it to change my subscription on the renewal date of my old plan, which is today. This morning, I got a charge on my credit card for $34 + tax, from Public Mobile. When I go to the app however, it tells me that my old subscription is on hold, because I didn't pay for its renewal ($117/90 Days). I can't seem to find any indication on the app that shows me my new plan which should be the Black Friday deal.
To make it worse, I can even see my $34 + tax payment in the payments page!
Support leads to a 404 page which is useless.
Please Help!
Ben

Everyone account is put on hold on the day before and on the renewal date.
In the shopping cart, you were charged $34 for the new plan just ignore the hold notice. It will connect itself tomorrow in your account.

HI @BenK1
How much they suppose to charge you for the 90 days plan? you didn't try to schedule a plan change earlier?

@BenK1 Did you check payment page is it correct and are your services working ? If payment shows correct info screen shot it along with your top up amount for $34 so you can show to support if something goes south . But under my account go on hold on my renewal day too and I still have service and I just ignore it

Its weird. It charged me $34 as a top up, added it to my "available funds" and it is trying to renew my old 90 day plan.

@BenK1 If your services still work log into your account and check your payment page . If todays your renewal sometimes one will get this error message in renewal day
If you haven’t got service and plan didn’t change submit ticket with support
