I am a new customer, and received the SIM card and tried to follow the activation steps.
After selecting the number transfer option and activating in step 6 "Activate", it pops "Subscription not activated. Something didn't go right while activating your subscription. Click below to contract a customer support agent"
I've tried to "contact us" and "log in", which directs me to a blank page.
Very frustrated user experience for a new customer. Bottom-line, where can I request a refund for the purchase of Subscription and SIM card?

I encountered the same issue and have been waiting for an hour already for the agent response. Just too frustrating to wait this long.
Please, anybody, how to request for refund on plan?. I just get eSIM.

Unfortunately PM is a prepaid service so you might receive a refund on the Subscription but probably not on the SIM.
It is better for you to contact a CS_Agent and find out what the issue is.
