After receiving my SIM I tried to activate my subscription by transferring my number from Koodo. On step 6 it just says "Subscription not activated." The only option I have on the app is to contact support (no live users any time I've tried). The bot just tells me to sign in to My Account and submit a ticket, but my only option on the website is to download the app.
So I have no options on the app, no options on the website. Anyone know what to do? I've already paid and have no access to any account controls.

@gmjerry Ok , you should get a reply with in the hour sometimes longer , but keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community inbox to keep an eye out for their response

I've logged on throughout the day and nothing changed. I was able to finally submit a ticket though so hopefully I'll hear back soon. Thanks though!

@gmjerry is your Koodo account pre paid like PM or post paid . If pre paid you need to create account on app with temp PM phone number then get support to help you transfer it after activation .

Logoff the app, wait 5 mins and try login again after the 5 mins
