Subscription not activated!!!!!

I can’t get through!!! I’m on step 6/6 and it give me subscription not activated, but I already paid. The app is now suddenly under maintenance…

same here, i got to the last step aswell of activating the account and then i get an error

I don't feel bad I'm in the same boat as you, did you get your other provider asking to transfer your number? My did

hi @lilianli 

try reboot the phone and login to app again and see if you can complete the subscription

and if you are activating eSIM, can you double check if the PM  eSIM is already showing up on your Sim Manager or Settings-> Ceulluar?

if yes, then you need to manually enable it

if not, ask PM support agent to help, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
