I have moved from US back to Canada , and trying to subscribe- and when I paid and added referral code, in app says subscription did not activate. How do I set up the eSim? I am currently with T Mobile- do I need to do something with T Mobile first before t will activate with public eSim?

@Ramona1 Check your welcome email on computer . The QR code should be there and scan it with your phone and install it . Then reboot the phone or possibly reset network settings . If no luck please submit ticket with support

what make / model is that phone...only limited phones able to use PM esim.. Is your phone unlocked ?
