Just thinking outside the box for a moment. How did you order this SIM card? Directly from Public Mobile? Also, $4.99 Public Mobile SIM card

@stephhuuhovvy It might just automatically send to the address you used on your account maybe . Unless this was just ordered to join . But also note
SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . message support directly
