Hi, I am new to PM, I just purchased an plan of 29/Month when I arrived at last step to chose number after choosing number it is showing subscription not activated error, if there’s any solution please help me out.

Esim option worked after app update today, Customer agent assisted well in the end. Thanks for your suggestions. Really appreciated.

Same here, they just asked me to purchase a physical sim and would credit me $10 for the thing.

I don’t know, I tried to contact customer agents they are not even providing any kind of professional solution which can work. I am still stuck at Step6 activating button.

Try restart your phone with new sim, I got the error too, but after restart with new sim, the number got transfer

same here, super annoying! I was concerned they are having this kind of issue when they launch a super competitive plan.

Same, I am also, tried to active with esim because it was quick option? and now nothing after the payment is coming i tried option but at then end it shows subscription not activated.]

By any chance are you trying to activate with esim? I'm having subcription not activated aswell...Ughh

no number to call , but you can message them for help. Do it now. While they officially close at 10pm ET, they sometimes reply afterhour as well

Public Mobile is online only, there is no official phone number to call. Support closes in minutes anyway.

It would show that error without an active SIM, like your case. Look in your email for an eSIM QR code, or contact an agent.

Did you select the eSIM option when you signed up? If so, was the eSIM sent with your activation summary email?

No on step 6 when esim going to get provided it shows me subscription not activated.
