Hi, I’m wondering if my current subscription can be kept and the new one that is supposed to renew can be canceled. It was accepted by accident and I’m also unable to submit a ticket. Can someone please help?

Yes, there is an option to cancel a subscription change within 'Subscription and Add-ons', if your plan hasn't changed yet you'll be able to cancel it and keep your current one.

you made a plan change using Change on Renewal?
Just go back to My Account using Incognito/Private/Secret, go to Change Subscription page and you will see it showing a scheduled plan change, just click cancel and it is all you need to do
