I’d change my subscription since last month from 4G to 5G but my account was renewal this morning without the new subscription and my bank account was charge for the old subscription 4G. So now I want to change it but I don’t want to get charged twice. How can someone help me please ?

@softech I did since day 1 but no one replied to me. I am now waiting on the next renewal to change it.

don't change it now, you will get charged twice, unless you use Change on Renewal, which you mean you need to wait another cycle
Submit a ticket with CS agent, see if they can still change it for you now

@Laurmartie If one charge Is pending and the other is posted . The pending charge should fall off . Also if todays is your renewal day it’s possible the system hasn’t fully updated to your new plan on the dashboard .in my account . But you can confirm with support all the same

if you are sure you got charged the old plan, then YES, it wasn't renewed correctly
