I set a subscription to change at the new cycle but it is renewed to the existing one. This is second month that this happened. I first set a new subscription to take place in September but it didn’t. I tried again for October but my plan is still the same. Did anyone experience the same problem?

@Manon1999 might just be cache issues check again incognito mode / private mode or check from the app instead or even from another device . Was the charges amount correct ? If still not right reach out to support and ask why and if they can help
