Hey,
my monthly subscription had a price increase of 3$ this month and in addition my data was removed!!!!! (I only have now text and call)
I get that everything gets more expansive and the cost has to be adjusted but increasing the cost and also lower my data plan is kind of unexpectable.
I am searching since half an hour for a customer service to contact but all links just go to their computerized chat box.
Would be helpful if anyone could let me know a link how to contact them about this.

I don't know about you, but I received notice in mid-September advising that my plan would increase by $3 at the end of the next month. The planned increase did not offer any additional benefits.
So I signed into My Account and changed to the same plan myself but with additional minutes and data.
You should have also received the same sms notice and made the changes yourself.

There were notifications sent around for the price increase on the $15 plans. I have not seen any information about changing the plans other than the price.
