I have just subscribed on your web page, I am able to login on your web page but not able to login on the mobile app to complete my subscription and select a eSIM number. Could it be that your mobile app needs sometime to get my credentials from your website. I tried twice, I can still login to your web page but not your app.

there is no roaming service in Dubai. In fact, PM has roaming only in US and Mexico.
since there is no roaming, you won't be able to activate your eSIM
and for OTP, 2FA, you won't receive them in text. You have to contact your banks and ask them to change to email or Authenticator app

I have actually managed to login to the app, but I have a different problem. I am not able to complete my eSIM activation even though I have already been charged. I am traveling in Dubai and I am not able to receive the OPT because my eSIM is not connecting to any of the networks here in Dubai. I opened a support ticket but no one is responding.

Make sure you have the latest version of the app and also try back later to log in. Sometimes there is an outage for logging into the app that doe snot effect the web.
